Privacy policy

• We collect them automatically through the use of cookies (see the corresponding sections below).
• You send them to us by yourself by filling out and validating some of the forms on this site.

• The data collected automatically is aggregated by our audience analysis tool named Matomo, hosted on our server.
• The data from the forms are transferred to the relevant department (contact) or integrated into the relevant database (newsletter).
• The email address of subscription to our newsletter is transferred to our emailing solution Mailjet, and is stored in the European Union.

We do not use the PD collected for any purpose other than the ones we've just outlined.

• The raw data can be accessed by AlgoSecure employees managing this website.
• Data tied to our newsletter, if you subscribed to it, can be viewed by our emailing solution Mailjet.
• Only the relevant department, indicated under each form, will be the recipient of your PD.

We process your PD on the legal basis of legitimate interest, after receiving your explicit and informed consent, except for the audience analysis. You may withdraw this consent, in whole or in part, at any time. To do so, please contact our DPO by one of the following means: rf.erucesogla@opd, ou AlgoSecure – DPO, 70 cours Tolstoï, 69100 Villeurbanne.

The lifetime of your PD is individualized depending on the treatment involved. This allows us to come as close as possible to a reasoned conservation period, i.e., strictly necessary in pursuit of the intended interest. These lifetimes are indicated under every form you fill out. For data collected by cookies, see the corresponding sections below.

If we've collected PD from you, you have a set of rights, which you can exercise very simply. To do so, please contact our DPO by one of the following means: rf.erucesogla@opd, ou AlgoSecure – DPO, 70 cours Tolstoï, 69100 Villeurbanne.

These rights are as follows:

• The right to consultation lets you know what AlgoSecure knows about you.
• The right to edition allows you to modify the contact information you may have given us, in case of a change.
• The right to erasure allows you to have PD we've collected from you erased, in whole or in part.
